Email Capture

The development build supports inline email capture, a separate short step, or capture turned off. Choose the option that fits your workflow.

Explain what the email address is used for and align the checkout note, privacy policy and recovery settings. Order confirmation and recovery reminders have different purposes; collecting an email is not blanket permission for marketing.

Test the error message for an invalid address and confirm that your mail delivery configuration works on your own test website.
