IVIA CODE LLP
Privacy Policy
Clear information about this website and our services.

Who handles your information
IVIA CODE LLP, company number OC450112, United Kingdom, is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Our registered office is Stoney Works, 8 Stoney Lane, London, England, SE19 3BD. Use our contact form or write to this address for privacy requests.
Project inquiries
The Contact form and Quick Quote popup collect your email and selected project type, plus your name, description and budget range if you choose to provide them. Only submitted inquiries are stored; typing into or closing a form does not save its contents. We store this information privately in WordPress so that we can review and respond to your request. Administrators can access inquiries; they are not publicly displayed.
We use inquiry information to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or for our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. We do not use a project inquiry as permission to send marketing.
Technical and security information
The hosting service processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, including IP addresses and request logs. Our form stores a keyed hash of the connecting IP address in a rate-limit record for up to one hour. The raw IP address is not saved with your inquiry. A random submission identifier and a keyed hash of the submitted fields help prevent duplicate records when a submission is retried. Hosting logs and backup retention are controlled by the hosting service.
Cookies and external services
The public corporate pages do not use analytics, advertising trackers or embedded payment services. WordPress uses necessary authentication and administration cookies when an administrator logs in. Fonts and images are served from this website. Viewing the product page does not connect you to Stripe or PayPal.
Retention and sharing
Website inquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 12 months. Information needed for an active contract, accounting or a legal obligation may be retained separately for the relevant purpose. Hosting backups may keep copies until the backup cycle expires.
Hosting providers process website data to operate the service. We do not sell inquiry data. Any additional provider or international transfer needed for a project is considered as part of that project’s data-handling arrangements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need to verify your identity. You can raise concerns with us using the contact form or registered office and complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Please do not send passwords, card details or sensitive personal information through the project form.
