What information do you need for a quote?
Describe what you need, which tools or platforms are involved, and what a successful result looks like. A sample workflow, existing specification or list of constraints helps us scope the work.
Are the starting prices fixed package prices?
No. They are minimum prices for eligible, limited-scope work. We provide a project-specific estimate once the requirements are clear. Larger applications, uncertain algorithms and open-ended research need a separate scope.
How long does development take?
Timing depends on the scope, dependencies and review process. We agree a realistic schedule with the estimate rather than promise the same delivery time for every project.
Can you improve existing software or connect third-party systems?
Yes. We can review an existing application, add functionality, fix issues or integrate supported APIs. Access, documentation and the limitations of each third-party service affect the scope.
How do revisions and changes work?
We define the deliverables and review points before starting. Changes outside the agreed scope are discussed and estimated before additional work proceeds.
Will I receive the source code?
Source code, ownership and licensing are defined in your project agreement. Tell us about your handover requirements when requesting the quote. Commercial products have their own license terms.
Do you provide maintenance and support?
Support, maintenance and future improvements can be scoped alongside the project or agreed separately. Any included support period is stated in the project agreement.
How are payments arranged?
Payment stages and any deposit are agreed in writing for each project. Sending an inquiry creates no order or payment obligation. We do not take payment for products that are not ready to deliver.
