Troubleshooting

A payment is not shown as complete

Check the provider mode, connection, return flow and webhook configuration. Review Checkout → Payments and Diagnostics. Do not mark an order paid merely because the browser displayed a return page.

Emails do not arrive

Check your own WordPress mail delivery and background processing. The plugin’s development environment uses a local mail catcher; that does not prove production email delivery.

The checkout button does not open

Confirm the product is published and the button refers to its actual ID. Check for theme or script conflicts on a separate test page.

Request support safely

Send the WordPress and PHP versions, plugin build, reproduction steps and a redacted screenshot. Never include provider secrets, buyer card data or administrator passwords.
